Atrezzos o accesorios caseros para un photocall o photoboot divertido - Handmades Accesories for a funny photocall or photoboot

Hace unos días, mi marido y yo hemos hecho para un regalo de un familiar, unos atrezzos o accesorios para hacer un photocall o photoboot. Los atrezzos o accesorios se hacen con unas varillas de madera y unos trozos de goma eva rosa y gris con purpurina. Simplemente, se pegan usando una pistola de silicona caliente. Los photocall o photoboot, son unos espacios para hacer fotos divertidas, dónde se pueden usar estos atrezzos o accesorios para "disfrazarse" de forma rápida y reírse un poco. Few days ago, my husband and I have made for a gift from a family member, some accessories to make a photocall or photoboot. The accesories are made with wooden sticks and pieces of pink and gray glitter eva rubber (foam). They are simply stuck together using a hot silicone gun. The photocall or photoboot, are some spaces to make fun photos, where you can use these accesories to "dress up" quickly and laugh a little. Here I show you the photos of these accesories.

Guirnalda para Otoño - Autumn Garland

Hace unas semanas estuve con mi familia visitando Irlanda, conocida como la "Isla Esmeralda" porque predomina el color verde en sus paisajes. Fueron unos días muy agradables y visitamos varios lugares. En la ciudad de Kilkenny, en la tienda "The Sweater Shop", he visto como han creado una bonita guirnalda decorativa para el Otoño. Es sencilla, una cuerda de yute unos trozos de tela atados y algunas flores y plantas artificiales atadas también. ¿Os gusta esta guirnalda?

Few weeks ago I was with my family visiting Ireland, known as the "Emerald Isle" because the green colour predominates in its landscapes. They were very nice days and we visited several places. In the city of Kilkenny, at "The Sweater Shop", I saw how they created a beautiful decorative garland for Autumn. It is simple, a rope of jute some pieces of cloth tied and some flowers and artificial plants tied too. Do you like this garland?

 

 

Casita para el Ratoncito Pérez - House for Mouse Pérez

Hace unos días en una Clínica Dental en la ciudad de Granada, (España), he visto cómo han aprovechado un hueco en la fachada para crear una pequeña casita dónde perfectamente podría allí vivir el Ratoncito Pérez. Este, es el personaje que se lleva los dientes cuándo se le caen a los niños, como el Hada de los dientes en los países Anglosajones. Few days ago in a Dental Clinic in the city of Granada, (Spain), I saw how they took advantage of a hole in the facade to create a small house where the Ratón Pérez could perfectly live there. This is the character who takes the teeth when they fall off to children, like the Tooth Fairy in the Anglo-Saxon countries. Here I show the facade and the nice little house that will be for this endearing character. I hope you like it.

 

Pulseras hechas con piedra de lava -

Haces unos días, durante nuestras vacaciones en Tenerife (Islas Canarias, España) he visto muchas joyas que se hacen con piedra de lava. Es una idea estupenda de los habitantes de esta isla volcánica, para reciclar las rocas de lava. Son bonitas, de diferentes estilos y un regalo perfecto para comprar de esta y otras islas volcánicas. Few days ago, during our holidays in Tenerife (Canary Islands, Spain) I have seen many jewels that are made with lava stone. It is a great idea of the inhabitants of this volcanic island, to recycle the lava rocks. They are beautiful, of different styles and a perfect gift to buy from this and other volcanic islands. I put a photo of some bracelets.

Hace unos días, estuve de vacaciones con mi familia en la Isla de Tenerife, una de las bonitas Islas Canarias en mi país, España. Me gustaron varios lugares, los paisajes, los monumentos, las bellezas naturales, el carácter tan amable de la gente, su comida,...etc. Es un sitio maravilloso, sin duda para visitar, pero hoy quisiera mostraros un detalle de una de las tradiciones más famosas de la ciudad de Santa Cruz de Tenerife, el Carnaval. 

Esta fiesta, el Carnaval, es muy famosa en la ciudad de Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Hay varios concursos y se realizan unos trajes increíbles y pesados. En el Museo dedicado al Carnaval de esta ciudad, he hecho una foto al traje que ganó el Carnaval este mismo año 2025 y al cartel explicativo dónde se describe los materiales que han utilizado, siguiendo un criterio ecológico. Por ejemplo, anillas de lata, placas base...Muy curioso, ¿verdad?

A few days ago, I was on holiday with my family on the island of Tenerife, one of the beautiful Canary Islands in my country, Spain. I liked several places, the landscapes, the monuments, the natural beauties, the very kind character of the people, their food,...etc. It is a wonderful place, certainly to visit, but today I would like to show you a detail of one of the most famous traditions of the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the Carnival.

This festival, the Carnival, is very famous in the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. There are several contests and some incredible and heavy costumes. In the Museum dedicated to the Carnival of this city, I took a photo of the costume that won the Carnival this year 2025 and the poster where the materials they have used are described, following an ecological criterion. For example, tin rings, base plates... very curious, right?

Sombrero de Pascua - Easter's Hat

Para celebrar la Pascua, mi hija realizó con la ayuda de su padre, un Sombrero de Pascua, siguiendo una tradición Británica. Para ello, utilizó una cartulina gris, planchas de cartón grueso, algunas pegatinas, pompones, algodón, pintura, lápices de colores, pegamento y pistola de silicona caliente. Aquí muestro el proceso y el resultado final. Espero os podáis hacer una idea de su Sombrero de Pascua. 

To celebrate Easter, my daughter made with the help of her father, an Easter hat, following a British tradition. For this, she used a grey cardboard, thick cardboard plates, some stickers, pompons,  cotton, painting, crayons, glue and hot silicone gun. Here I show the process and the final result. I hope you can get an idea of her Easter's Hat.

Postales sencillas de Pascua - Easter simple cards

En esta semana, aún estamos celebrando la Pascua, quisiera mostraros unas Postales de Pascua, que he hecho con mi hija estos días. Ellas son muy sencillas, con unas tarjetas blancas y unas pegatinas hemos hecho estas postales.
