Hace unos meses, he hecho un Abecedario reciclando unos tapones de leche, para jugar con mi hija. He pegado en una tabla de madera de dimensiones de 40 x 30 cm, las bases de los tapones de leche una vez limpios, con silicona usando una pistola de silicona caliente. Después, he puesto los tapones y escrito las letras del Abecedario en mayúsculas y minúsculas con rotulador permanente azul. Por último, he escrito más tapones repitiendo las letras y pegado cuatro bases para poder formar palabras. Few months ago, I made an Alphabet by recycling some milk caps to play with my daughter. I glued on a wooden board of dimensions of 40 x 30 cm, the bases of the milk plugs once cleaned, with silicone using a hot silicone gun. Then, I put the caps and wrote the letters of the Alphabet in upper and lower case with a blue permanent marker. Finally, I wrote more caps repeating the letters and stuck four bases to form words. Cuándo mi hermana más pequeña era una niña recuerdo que le encantaba jugar con "El Señor Potato" y a mi otra hermana y a mí también. He reciclado unos tapones de leche, para crear un juego de expresiones similar al juego que tenía mi hermana cuándo era una niña, pero en esta ocasión es para mi hija. He usado una tabla de madera de medidas: 30 cm de largo x 20 cm de ancho. Después, he dibujado una nube, que he llamado: "Señora Nube", he pegado los tapones con mi pistola de silicona caliente y pintado con esmalte de uñas la nube, distintos tipos de ojos, de narices y de bocas. He elegido una nube porque en España se dice: "En Abril, aguas mil" que significa que este mes de abril es lluvioso. Espero os gusten mis fotos.

When my youngest sister was a child I remember she loved playing with "Mr. Potato" and my other sister and me too. I have recycled some milk caps to create a set of expressions similar to the game that my sister had wheb she was a child, but this time is for my daughter. I used a wooden board of measures of 30 cm long x 20 cm wide. Afterwards, I drew a cloud, which I called: "Mrs. Cloud", I glued the milk caps with my hot silicone gun and painted with nail polish the cloud, different types of eyes, noses and mouths. I have chosen a cloud because in Spain it is said: "April, showers" which means that this month of April is quite rainy. I hope you like my photos.

He creado este juego para mi sobrino, reciclando unos tapones de envases de brik de leche. Primero, he limpiado bien los tapones y quitado el anillo dentado que se usa para romper el envase de leche. Segundo, he pegado los tapones a una tabla usando la pistola de silicona caliente. La tabla tiene medidas de 30 cm de largo x 10 cm de ancho. Tercero, he dibujado unas formas geométricas en la tabla dónde va el interior del tapón y en mismo tapón exterior  usando rotulador permanente. Cuatro, he escrito en Español e Inglés el nombre de estas formas geométricas, encima de cada tapón.

I have created this game for my nephew, recycling some milk caps. First, I have cleaned well the milk caps and removed the toothed ring that is used to break the milk packaging. Second, I have stuck the milk caps to a table, using the hot silicone pistol. The table has measures of 30 cm of length x 10 cm of width. Third, I have drawn few geometric shapes in the table where is the interior of the milk cap and in the same exterior cap using a permanent felt-tip pen. Four, I have written in Spanish and English the name of these geometric shape, on every milk cap.

En la Exposición "Re-crea", que visité el pasado mes de junio, en Casa de Zafra, Granada, España. He visto cómo han creado unas flores llenas de colores, usando materiales reciclado como cilindros de cartón de los rollos de papel higiénico, cucharas de plástico, tapones de plástico, plástico de botellas, papel de colores y briks de leche. Puedes encontrar mucha creatividad en estas flores, ¿verdad?

In the Exhibition "Re-Crea", that I visited last month of June, in Casa Zafra, Granada, Spain. I have seen how they have created some flowers full of colors, using recycled materials as cardboard cylinders from hygienic paper, plastic spoons, plastic caps, plastic bottles, paper of colors and milk briks. You can find many creativity in these flowers, can't it?

He hecho un juego para aprender a sumar para mi sobrino. He usado una tabla de madera de 30 cm de largo x 20 cm de ancho. Después, he pegado unos tapones de briks de leche (si visitas mi blog, sabrás que reciclo a menudo estos tapones), usando una pistola de silicona caliente. Luego, he pintado los tapones, usando esmalte de uñas y he marcado los números con rotulador permanente. El dibujo es un helado, en el barquillo he puesto un número de uno a diez y en la parte del helado cómo se consigue ese número usando combinaciones de sumas. Por ejemplo, el número 1, es 1, el número 2 se consigue sumando la combinación de 1 + 1.

Las Combinaciones son:

I have made a game to learn to add up for my nephew. I have used a wooden table of 30 cm of length x 20 cm of width. Later, I have stuck some milk caps (if you visit my blog, you will know that I recycle often these caps), using a pistol of hot silicone. Then, I have painted the caps, using nail polish and have marked the numbers with permanent felt-tip pen. The drawing is an ice cream, in the wafer I have put a number from one to ten and in the part of the ice cream how this number is obtained using combinations of sums. For example, the number 1, it is 1, the number 2 is obtained adding the combination of 1 + 1 and you can do more combinations.

Combinations are:

Paisaje Marino reciclando tapones de leche - Marine landscape recycling some milk caps

He hecho un paisaje marino reciclando tapones de leche de plástico. Primero, he cogido dos tablas de medidas 20 cm de largo por 10 cm de ancho. En la primera tabla, he dibujado un barco con un ratón pescando en el mar. Y en la segunda tabla, he dibujado, un fondo marino con peces, un caballito de mar y plantas marinas. He pintado todas las figuras con esmalte de uñas. He olvidado tomar fotos de este proceso. Entonces, sólo puedo mostrar el resultado uniendo ambas tablas, espero os guste.

I have done a marine landscape recycling some plastic milk caps. Firstly, I have taken two tables of measures 20 cm of length for 10 cm of width. In the first table, I have drawn a ship with a mouse fishing in the sea. And in the second table, I have drawn, a seabed with some fishes, a seahorse and marine plants. I have painted all the figures with nail polish. I have forgotten to take photos of this process. Then, I only can show the result joining both tables, I hope you like it.

He hecho un Juego de Emociones, reciclando tapones de tetrabriks de leche y zumo. El primer paso, es pegar 9 tapones de diferentes colores, usando la pistola de silicona caliente a una tabla de medidas: 20 cm de largo x 10 cm de ancho. El segundo paso, es dibujar con un rotulador permanente negro, las expresiones de las emociones en los tapones. Y el tercer y último paso, es escribir la expresión con texto en Español en la parte superior del tapón y en Inglés en la parte inferior. Las 4 expresiones descritas desde arriba hacia la derecha son: Triste (Sad), Feliz (Happy), Enfadado (Angry), Tranquilo (Relaxed). Después aparece: Enamorado (In Love) y desde abajo hacia a la izquierda son: Aburrido (Bored), Asustado (Scared), Cansado (Tired) y Furioso (Furious).

I have made a Game of Emotions, recycling some milk and juice caps. The first step is to paste 9 caps of different colors, using the hot silicone gun to a table of measures: 20 cm long x 10 cm wide. The second step, is to draw with a permanent black pen, the expressions of emotions in the caps. And the third and last step, is to write the expression with Spanish text on the top of the cap and in English on the cap. The 4 expressions described from above to the right are: Triste (Sad), Feliz (Happy), Enfadado (Angry), Tranquilo (Relaxed). Later it appears: Enamorado (In Love) and from below to the left are: Aburrido (Bored), Asustado (Scared), Cansado (Tired) and Furioso (Furious).

Me apetecía crear unos juegos divertidos reciclando tapones de briks de leche como ya hice el pasado Verano.

En este momento, he usado unas tablas de 30 cm de largo x 10 cm de ancho, esmalte de uñas para pintar los dibujos, tapones, rotulador permanente y he elegido el motivo de transportes. Primero, he hecho uno de un avión volando en el cielo y los tapones se sitúan en globos que cuelgan de la cola del avión. Segundo, he hecho otro de un paisaje urbano, dónde se pueden encontrar, un helicóptero, un coche y un autobús. Los tapones se sitúan en las ruedas de coche y autobús respectivamente. Aquí os muestro las fotos. Me he olvidado de crear un tren y un barco, ¡quizás los haré para otra ocasión!

I wanted to create some funny games recycling some milk caps from milk bricks like I did in the last Summer. 
Milk caps to create a navy landscape
At this time, I used some tables of 30 cm long x 10 cm wide, nail polish to paint the drawings, milk caps, permanent marker and I have chosen the motive of transport. First, I made one from a plane flying in the sky and the milk caps are placed in balloons hanging from the tail of the plane. Second, I made another of an urban landscape, where you can find, a helicopter, a car and a bus. The milk caps are placed in car and bus wheels respectively. Here I show you the photos. I have forgotten to create a train and a boat, perhaps I will do them for another occasion!

He reutilizado algunos tapones de leche para decorar una tabla y crear un paisaje marinero. He dibujado una montaña con un faro, un barco, una playa, un helicóptero y un coche. En las ruedas del coche, en el helicóptero con globos y en el barco he puesto los tapones de leche. He pintado esta imagen usando esmaltes de uñas y rotuladores permanentes. Es útil para mejorar la motricidad fina.

I have reused some milk caps to decorate a table and create a sailor landscape. I have drawn a mountain with a lighthouse, a boat, a beach, a helicopter and a car. The wheels of the car, the helicopter with balloons and in the boat I have put milk caps. I have painted this image using permanent markers and nail polish. It is useful to improve the fine motility skills.

Para nuestra sobrina S., mi marido y yo, hemos hecho este juego de Tres en Raya reutilizando diez tapones de leche: "La Asturiana" y una tabla de 20 x 20cm. Hay que situar los tapones de manera simétrica y pegarlos usando una pistola de Silicona caliente. Después pintas con un rotulador permanente, las rayas en la tabla y los símbolos de círculo y equis en los tapones. Nosotros hemos puesto 9 tapones con soporte pegados a la tabla y un tapón suelto para que sean diez en total, cinco con cada motivo. Aquí, os muestro cómo crear esta manualidad.

For our niece of my husband, S., my husband and I, have made this game of Tic-Tac-Toe reusing ten caps of milk: "La Asturiana" and a table of 20 x 20 cm. You have to situate the caps of milk symmetrical and paste them using a hot silicone gun. Then you have to paint using a permanent marker, the lines on the table and the circle and equis in the caps of milk. We have put 9 caps attached to the table and a cap free to be ten in total, five on each symbol. Here, I show to you how to create this craft.

El pasado día 27 de Abril, fue el "Día del Rey" en Países Bajos. Ese día, los habitantes de Países Bajos, tienen la posibilidad de poner una mesa o una manta en la calle y vender lo que deseen, por ejemplo: artículos personales, dulces caseros, manualidades, ...El ambiente en las calles es divertido con música, comida al aire libre...Nosotros pasamos ese día en Utrecht y allí he visto como han reutilizado unos tapones de plástico de bebidas para crear collares y anillas de lata para crear pulseras. Last April 27th, was the "King day" in the Netherlands. That day, the inhabitants of the Netherlands, have the possibility to put a blanket or a table in the street and to sell whatever they want, for example: personal items, homemade desserts, crafts,... The atmosphere on the streets is funny with music, food in the open air... We spent that day in Utrecht and there we have seen how have reused few plastic caps of drinks to create necklaces and tin cap tops to create bracelets. It is a good way to reuse these articles. Reciclando tapones de bricks de leche para crear un juego didáctico para niños pequeños - Recycling some milk caps to create a didactic game for little children

He hecho un juego creativo y didáctico para mi hija, siguiendo el ejemplo de algunos juegos similares que usa en la Escuela. Para ello, he reciclado tapones de plástico de los envases brick de la leche que bebe mi hija y otros, que me ha dado mi madre de diferente grosor. Primero arranqué el tapón del brick y quité los "pinchos" del brick. Después lo limpié bien usando agua y detergente y quité el cartón del soporte. Después lijé los bordes de la tabla usando una lija. La medida de la tabla es: 30 cm de largo x 20 cm de ancho. He usado 31 tapones. Pegué los tapones con mi pistola de silicona caliente y luego con rotulador permanente los pinté. En este juego, he hecho los números del 1 al 9 con su equivalencia en puntos, las vocales y algunos colores. También podéis realizar tablas sólo con series de colores o sólo con los números. Es un juego fácil de realizar, económico y que ayuda a aumentar la destreza con la motricidad fina.

I have made a creative and educational game for my daughter, following the example of some similar games that uses in the school. For this purpose, I have recycled some plastic milk caps from the brick of milk drinking my daughter and others have been given from my mother of different thickness to me. Firstly, I pulled the cap and removed the hoop with prickles of the brick. Then, I cleaned it well using water and detergent and removed the cardboard glued to the holder. Then, I sanded the edges of a table using sandpaper. The measures of the table are: 30 cm long x 20 cm wide. I have used 31 caps. I glued the caps with my hot silicone's gun and then using a permanent marker I painted them. In this game, I've done the numbers from 1 to 9 with its equivalent in points, the vowels and some colors. You can also make tables only for series of colors or only for numbers. It is an easy, economical game and that helps with fine motility skills.
