Hace unos días he visto en una tienda, cómo han reutilizado dos patinetas de madera para crear una mesita o taburete. En mi opinión, es una iniciativa muy divertida.

Este bolso de plástico es un regalo de la abuela de mi marido. Una amiga suya, se lo hizo para mí. Ha usado bolsas de plástico, que ha cortado en tiras y luego las ha tejido para crear este bolso. Es alegre y muy útil para ir a la playa, porque si se ensucia con arena se puede lavar después fácilmente.

This plastic purse is a gift of the grandmother of my husband. A friend of her, made it for me. She has used plastic bags, that has cut in strips and then have knitted them to create this purse. It is a  happy purse and very useful to go to the beach, because if it gets dirty with sand it is possible to wash later easily.

Mi suegra hace unos días que nos trajo unos caracoles de la ciudad de Limburg en Países Bajos. Los he limpiado y colocado en un recipiente de cristal junto a vela amarilla y unas hojas de hiedra para crear una decoración de mesa para este verano.

My mother-in-law for few days ago brought some snails from the city of Limburg in the Netherlands. I have cleaned and placed them in a container of crystal  with a yellow tea light and some leaves of ivy to create an ornament table for this summer.

Este mes de Julio, en Europa y en otros países, es el período de Rebajas. Especialmente en ropa y calzado los comercios hacen descuentos. En el escaparate de este tienda de ropa infantil, "Tineke", han hecho trajes con papel de su firma para vestir sus maniquíes para estas Rebajas. Me gustó esta idea.

This month of Jully, in Europe and in other countries, it is the period of Sales. Specially for clothes and shoes. In the shop window of this Children's clothing shop, "Tineke", has made suits with paper of this company to wear their manikins for these Sales. I liked this idea.

Reutilizando unos palets como un banco - Reusing few palets as a bench

En la localidad de Nieuwpoort, en la costa de Bélgica, he visto cómo han reutilizado dos palets y medio para convertirlos en un banco para sentarse en la zona comercial. Cómo podéis apreciar, los palets están pintados en color blanco. Luego, dos palets están unidos uno encima de otro para crear la base que será el asiento. Cómo último paso, el medio palet está inclinado como 45 grados para hacer el respaldo, fijándose con tres tablas en la parte trasera a los palets que hacen de asiento. He hecho tres fotos desde diferentes ángulos para que lo podáis ver mejor. Si os gusta esta idea, quizás, podéis hacer algo similar.

In the place of Nieuwpoort, on the coast of Belgium, I have seen how have reused 2 palets and a half to turn them into a bench to sit down at the commercial area. How you can see, the palets are painted in white color. Then, two palets are joined one on other one to create the base that will be the seat. How last step, the half palet is inclined as 45 degrees to do the support, there being fixed by three tables in the back part the palets that they do of seat. I have taken three photos from different angles in order that you it could see better. If you like this idea, probably, you can make something similar.

He hecho una postal de Cumpleaños para mi amiga, B., de Italia. He usado una postal de color rosa y dibujado con bolígrafo plateado 16 velas por fila. No hace falta que sean iguales, sino que es casi mejor que cada una sea diferente. He escrito el texto, "Happy Birthday" (Feliz Cumpleaños) también. Y después en el interior he escrito el siguiente texto: "Hoy en tu Cumpleaños. Puedes pintar las velas según los años que tengas o los que crees que tienes, ¡feliz día!".

I have made a Birthday card for my friend, B., from Italy. I have used a postcard of pink color and drawn with silver pen 16 candles per row, doing five rows. It is not necessary that the candles are equal in size, it is almost better than each one be different. I have written the text, "Happy Birthday" (Happy Birthday) too. And later in the interior I have written the following text: " Today in your Birthday. You can paint the candles according to the years that you are or that you believe that you are, happy day! ".
