My
nephew has a fancy dress of Medieval Knight, but he did
not have a shield. My husband and I have made one to him. Here, I
show you the making off part to part. The materials
that we have used are: a piece of cardboard, a cylinder of those who are
inside of hygienic paper, washi tape, silver gift paper, glue, a pair of
scissors, some scotch tape, a stapler and a pencil. First my husband has drawn (without any template) the shield. Then, I have cut and glued the gift paper on the front part. Later, my husband has cut two strips of the
hygienic roll paper, doong a cylinder with the piece what remains and has coiled
it, stapled it and tyied it with scotch tape. He has put the strips
inside the cylinder and have fixed to the shield like a handle. As last step, I
have decorated this handle with washi tape and the front part of
the shield too. It is ready to play!
