Accesorios para el cuento: el Flautista de Hamelín - Accesories for the tale: the Pied Piper of Hamelin

En estos días de Verano, es divertido contar historias y cuentos a los niños para fomentar su imaginación. Usando materiales económicos que tenemos en casa, podemos hacer algunos accesorios para disfrutar más el cuento. En la escuela de mi hija, algunos padres habían participado haciendo un teatro representando el cuento del Flautista de Hamelín la pasada Primavera, yo no pude participar por motivos familiares, pero sí realicé algunos ratones para este teatro. Ahora, para mi hija y sobrino, he hecho una actividad especial dedicada a este cuento. Primero, he hecho un sombrero de Flautista de Hamelín, siguiendo las indicaciones de Susana, que hizo un vídeo estupendo en el año 2013 y reutilizando unas cartulinas que tenía en casa de color, blanco y verde para los sombreros y amarillas y rojas para las plumas. Asimismo, os muestro también cómo se hacen los ratones para el cuento del Flautista de Hamelín siguiendo los patrones que me dieron dos madres de la Escuela de mi hija. He reutilizado cartulinas en color rosa y gris. Cada número corresponde a un ratón, porque son ratones de tres tamaños. Con algunos trozos sobrantes, hice alimentos para los ratones, pipas de girasol, trozos de queso..., ¡tenían que comer bien! Y por último muestro el enlace del vídeo, las fotos para crear esta actividad, que consistiría en contar y escenificar este cuento clásico con los niños.

In these days of summer, it is funny to tell stories and tales to children to encourage their imagination. Using economic materials that we have at home, we can make some accessories to enjoy the story more. At my daughter's school, some parents had participated representing the tale of the Pied Piper of Hamelin last Spring, I could not participate for family reasons, but if I made some mice for this theatre. Now, for my daughter and nephew, I have made a special event dedicated to this story. Firstly, I have made a hat of Pied Piper, following the indications by Susana, who made a super video in 2013 and I have reused some cardboards that I had at home in white and green colors for the hats and yellow and red for the feathers. Also, I show you also how mice for the tale of the Pied Piper of Hamelin are made following the patterns they gave me two mothers of my daughter's school. I have reused cardboards in pink and grey colors. Each number corresponds to a mouse, because they are mice of three sizes. With some leftover pieces I made food for mice, sunflower seeds, cheese chunks..., they had to eat well! And finally I show the link of the video and photos to create this activity, which would be to tell and stage this classic tale with the children.

He reutilizado algunos tapones de leche para decorar una tabla y crear un paisaje marinero. He dibujado una montaña con un faro, un barco, una playa, un helicóptero y un coche. En las ruedas del coche, en el helicóptero con globos y en el barco he puesto los tapones de leche. He pintado esta imagen usando esmaltes de uñas y rotuladores permanentes. Es útil para mejorar la motricidad fina.

I have reused some milk caps to decorate a table and create a sailor landscape. I have drawn a mountain with a lighthouse, a boat, a beach, a helicopter and a car. The wheels of the car, the helicopter with balloons and in the boat I have put milk caps. I have painted this image using permanent markers and nail polish. It is useful to improve the fine motility skills.

En estos días de Verano, es interesante en mi opinión, que los niños descansen y también descubran nuevos juegos. He creado un juego con conchas para mi hija. He reusado una bandeja de plástico con cinco espacios, confeti de estrellas doradas y diferentes conchas que hemos encontrado hace algunos días en la playa. Una vez limpias y secas las conchas, se ponen fuera de la bandeja. El juego consiste en ordenarlas por cada tipo de concha en los huecos de las bandejas. Entonces, es el momento para que mi hija se fije en las texturas, forma y aspecto de cada una de las conchas y pueda diferenciarlas. Luego coloca las estrellas de confeti en el hueco central. Después, cuándo todas están colocadas, mi hija tiene que ir sacando las conchas y las estrellas y contarlas cada vez diferenciando por tipos. A ella le ha gustado porque le gusta experimentar como a todos los niños. Otras sugerencias, es hacer percusión con las conchas y contar historias sobre ellas, ¡este juego es libre!

In these days of Summer, it is interesting in my opinion, that children can rest and also to discover new games. I have created a game with shells for my daughter. I have reused a tray of plastic with five spaces, confetti of gold stars and different shells that we have found some days ago on the beach. Once you clean and dry the shells, you put them out of the tray. The game consists to put each sort of shell in the gaps of the tray. Then, it is the time for my daughter to remark the different textures, shape and appearance of each one of the shells and to differentiate them. Then, she places the confetti stars into the central hole. Later, when all are settled, my daughter has to remove the shells and the stars and count them differentiating by type of them. She liked it, because she likes to experiment as all children. Other suggestions, to make percussion with the shells and tell stories about them, this game is free!

En estas semanas de Verano, casi todo el mundo viaja y aún hay gente que envía una postal desde su lugar de vacaciones para saludar. Mi hermana N., ha puesto algunas de las postales que ha recibido en una tabla de corcho para  decorar la entrada a su casa, un bonito souvenir de sus amigos.
