Chocolate y Lemon Curd - Chocolate and Lemon curd

Quería hacer un postre diferente para compartir con mi marido. Entonces, he usado ingredientes de tres países Europeos como son: Bélgica, Reino Unido y Países Bajos. He usado unos vasos de chocolate  de Bélgica y los he rellenado con lemon curd, crema de limón típica, de Reino Unido y los he decorado con unos "muisjes", semillas de anís recubiertas de azúcar típicas de los Países Bajos. Aquí están las fotos del proceso y resultado final.

I wanted to make a different dessert to share with my husband. Then, I have used some ingredients from three European countries such as: Belgium, United Kingdom and the Netherlands. I've used few glasses of chocolate from Belgium and I filled them with lemon curd, a lemon cream typical, of United Kingdom and I decorated them with a few "muisjes", anise seed-coated sugar typical of the Netherlands.
