Today April 27th, is a national holiday in the Netherlands, the King’s Day is celebrated. Many citizens dress with elements in orange color, because it is the official color of the country and in the streets there are flea markets, crafts, different activities, music and a funny and joyful atmosphere. I join this party from a distance and show you some famous biscuits originally from the city of Deventer, which my sister in law and her partner gave us. My sister in law L., who is a very creative person, has wrapped her gift with cellophane and decorated it using paper roses, feathers and ribbons. I leave you a link to the famous factory of these sweets and a video about how to create those pretty roses.
