Tengo un bolso dónde guardo los trozos de fieltro y tela que uso para mis manualidades. Hace unos días se rompió el tirador de la cremallera que lo cierra. Para poder continuar usandolo he reciclado un clip grande y dos llaves viejas que tenía guardadas en un cajón como tirador de la cremallera. Por ahora esta idea funciona, ¡bien!

I have a bag where I keep all the chunks of felt and fabric that I use for my crafts. Few days ago it broke the handle of the zipper that closes it. To be able to continue using it I have recycled one big clip and two old knives that I had kept in a drawer as a handle for the zip. By the way this idea works, well!

Una Postal hecha con un Perforador de Tulipanes - A Tulips Punch Card

Usando una cartulina de color gris, un trozo de papel rojo, un lazo blanco, un perforador de forma de tulipán y pegamento, he creado una postal para mi hermana Olga. Es sencillo, con el perforador y el papel de regalo, se preparan varios tulipanes. Después, se pegan haciendo la forma de ramo de flores y se remata pegando un lazo blanco. Esta es la postal.

With a piece of grey color cardboard, a chunk of red paper, a white lace, a punch of tulips and glue, I have created a postcard for my sister Olga. It is simple, with the punch and the paper several tulips are prepared. Later, they are glued doing the form of bouquet of flowers and it is glued a white lace at the lower part. Decorando Bote de Mermelada - Decorating Jam Container

Mi madre nos ha regalado una Mermelada de Naranja hecha por ella, ¡qué rica! He decorado este bote con una etiqueta adhesiva de tamaño 7 x 3 cm, a la que he recortado los bordes con unas tijeras dentadas y he escrito el texto de: "Mermelada de Naranja" con un bolígrafo de tinta gel de ese color. También he puesto en la parte superior un trozo de yute de tamaño 13 x 13 cm recortando de manera irregular los bordes y sujetándolo con una goma elástica.

My mother has given us an Orange Jam cooked by herself, delicious! I have decorated this container with an adhesive label of size 7 x 3 cm, which one I have cut the edges using a pair of scallop and I have written the text of: " Orange Jam " (in Spanish: "Mermelada de Naranja") with a gel pen of this color. I have also put in the top part a chunk of jute of size 13 x 13 cm cutting the edges in an irregular way and holding it with an elastic.

En estos pasados días de Octubre, he recogido algunas piñas y algunas hojas de arce, las cuáles he secado con papel absorbente. Después, he creado un Adorno para mesa colocando algunas piñas, hojas de arce, una vela y una plancha de cartón. Es algo sencillo pero bonito para esta estación de Otoño.

In these last days of October, I have picked up some pine cones and some leaves of maple, which ones, I have dried with absorbent paper. Later, I have created a Table Adornment placing some pine cones, maple leaves, a candle and a plate of cardboard. It is something simple but nice for this autumn season.

Para ella, he forrado un par de perchas con cinta Washi tape o Masking Tape. Este es el resultado.

Reciclando un bote para película de fotos - Recycling a container for photo films

Si tienes más de 30 años, estoy segura que te acordarás de los botes o contenedores dónde iban las películas de fotos antes de instalarlas en tu cámara. Estos objetos, se fabricaban con plástico negro o translúcido. He reciclado uno que aún tenía en casa para usarlo como minicosturero en los viajes. En ocasiones, estando fuera de casa, por ejemplo en un viaje, es fácil que se rompa un botón o se descosa algo en tu ropa. En esas circunstancias este minicosturero puede ser muy útil.

If you  are more of 30 years old, I am sure, you will remind yourself of the containers or canisters where were put the photo films before installing them in your photo camera. These objects, they were made using  black or translucent plastic. I have recycled one of them, which one I had still at  home to use it as sewing kit for my  trips. In some moments, being out of home, for example during a trip, it is easy that a button breaks or something comes unstitched in your clothes. In these circumstances, a sewing kit can be very useful.
